1. The Money Back Guarantee is only valid for FULL SIZED PRODUCT first time orders placed on and can only be applied for through

2. Unused skincare products and all other items within the order must be returned to Koko&Kush to be eligible for your money back

3. In your email:

- State your name, order number & an email form will be sent out to be filled;
- order confirmation must be returned with product;
- will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect;
- will only be valid for use across our full sized products, excludes the following products: Skin Up Trial Kit, Dermablades, Refills & Gift Cards
- If purchasing products in a set, ALL products must fit the criteria & returned together

4. Koko&Kush product:

- must be returned with order confirmation;
- must have been tried for at least 14 days (14 days lapsed between receiving the product & contacting us);
- must have at least 70% of the contents remaining.

5. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to our address with tracking & no initial shipping costs will be refunded.

6. One refund of one product only per family at any one address.

7. Refunds must be applied for no less than 30 days after purchase.

8. Application for refund must be postmarked & sent back to us no more than 45 days after purchase.

9. Refund Payments will be made:

- for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
- by refund to your original method of payment;
- Koko&Kush reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
