Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out.  You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.

Koko & Kush x Sephora $500 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Details

The promoter is Koko & Kush Pty Ltd, ABN 86 658 439 902

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway commences on 1 June 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST and concludes on 30 June 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    • A $250 Koko&Kush voucher, redeemable at www.kokoandkush.com.au

    • A $250 Sephora gift card, subject to Sephora's standard terms and conditions.

Total prize value is $500 AUD.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 30 June 2025.

  • The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 48 hours of the draw.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Koko&Kush reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The Koko&Kush voucher will be delivered electronically to the winner's email address.

  • The Sephora gift card will be sent via email 

8. General Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Koko&Kush reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

  • Koko&Kush's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected during the promotion will be used for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes.

10. Liability

  • Koko&Kush shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

  • Participants provide their information to Koko&Kush and not to any social media platform.
